Situation: The client had a 10 year old website, without any structure or the features they needed (payment function as well as loyalty), it lacked a unified graphic profile across the company platforms.
Action and Result: After discussions with the client, I presented a completely new concept with a new graphic profile, including logo, typography, colour palette and marketing materials, as well as a prototype of their website. I then proceeded to develop their website based on the new visual guidelines with a focus on user-friendliness (UX). The client also wanted to design a loyalty feature for members as well as an easier payment feature.
